Working with BodyWhys again, we created this video around the topic of the Eating Disorder voice. Many people who have an eating disorder talk about a negative voice in their head that dictates how they live their lives.

Most notably, those with lived experience emphasised that they could really relate to the eating disorder voice animation and felt their experiences were heard and understood.”
